    • Items must show no visible signs of use.

  5. Refund for Failed Delivery : If the order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, customers can request a refund. However, the refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees, if applicable.
  6. Buyer Remorse: We do not accept returns for instances of buyer remorse, where the product is purchased by mistake or if you change your mind after purchase.
  7. Handcrafted Products: As all our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color or pattern may occur. Returns will not be accepted for such minor adjustments.
  8. Non-Returnable Items: All items, including those in the Clearance Sale with minor imperfections, are non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted for products with significant damage, such as leakage or breakage.
  9. Clearance Sale Items: Some clearance sale items may show signs of fading or minor scratches. However, these do not affect the functionality of the products, which remains at 100%.
  10. Weight Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, weight variations of 20-30% are normal and expected. These differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
  11. Misuse and Fraud: If we suspect or discover that a buyer is engaging in fraudulent activities or providing false information, we reserve the right to initiate legal action, suspend or block their account, and disqualify them from this policy’s protections.
